1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
2. Which shipping methods do you use?
In order to provide you with a diverse selection of products from which to choose, we work with several different vendors. The shipping costs are dependent on the shipper location and determined by weight. Our products are shipped via standard ground shipping, Monday through Friday. In-stock products will be shipped within 5-7 business days. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified immediately via email. At this time, The Composting Place ships only to the 48 contiguous states in the US.
3. What is your return policy?
Here at The Composting Place, we value you as a customer and want you to be happy! You may return new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund; perishable items cannot be returned. If the return is a result of our error, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
All products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price upon our receipt of the product (restocking fees may apply). If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you'll have the option to receive an in-store credit as your refund or to credit the gift giver's original payment method.
Holiday Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31. All other guidelines apply.
